回複：繼續詢問863211有關延期補件的問題

我自己恐怕在本月19號前仍然無法獲得老公approval notice,所以請問大俠: 1.如果我仍然把上次補的材料再寄一遍,是否能行呢?
-Yes, you has no choice. I do not understand why USCIS does not combine your case with your spouse's case. What you have done is allowed by the immigration law. You may visit USCIS local office to see what they suggest.

如果不行,有什麽更好的建議嗎? 2.我在我的簽證到期之前就提交了延期申請,雖然收到兩次補件要求都未滿足,但我都有在deadline前的回複,是否這樣就不應被拒呢?
-Even if you case is denied, you still can file Motion to reopen after your spouse's H1 is approved. or just simply get an H4 visa outside US. So, nothing worried.


3.我會在收到老公的approval notice之後再寄一封信給移民局,但沒有補件那封信的原件了,而且也會超過deadline,我除此之外還能有什麽辦法嗎?
-Send the last RFE response documents back for this RFE and then, send the resonse again if you get the H1 approval notice.
