Ask teacher 863211!

Hi Teacher 863211,

I am filing GC application for my dad in China, and all the documents have been submitted to NVC. However, I heard from a friend recently that if the
non-criminal certification is over a year at the time of a parent's interview at GuangZhou Emabassy, then the parent would be asked to get a new non-criminal cerfitication.

I would like to have your opionion on this. If that's the case, I would inform my dad to get an update one before he receive the interview notice from GuangZhou Embassy.
