Dear 皮匠老師,
A. I-765 is EAD application right? The lawyer and myself have filed it through mail. Because she said the method by mail can add petition letters to explain situations etc.

B. Based on what I know H1B (PP) is quicker than EAD. My important question here is: If my H1B get approved, The authorized start to work date will be immediately after they approve. Or, It will be Oct 1st, which is the start date for the H1B of next year (not quite sure the definition)?
