請問專家：將遞i485，老公來美用B2或H4簽證好？

我剛遞上i140+加快（eb1-b），老公在國內工作並準備等我140批準後過來一起辦485.他現在持B簽證還有半年有效期。1問：他這次應申請H4來美嗎？2問：他打算等遞上485、體檢、指紋等材料後就回國，這樣他需要申請AP嗎？他的485申請會因為他離開美國而被視為自動放棄嗎？請指點，謝了先！
