而教授的經費十月份才能啟用
-It is OK for you to work in Oct.

因此我隻能等綠卡批了才能工作，移民局會接受這樣的回複嗎？
-Techncally, fine, but practically it may not because you do not know when you will get the GC and thus, USCIS may not be conceniced such a job offer, especially it is research position.

現在LG在同一學校有穩定工作，孩子也在這裏上學，這些能使移民官認為我有足夠理由換工作和足夠的移民願望？
-It is irrelevant to 換工作和足夠的移民願望. It is just whether you are or will be employed in the same/similar area.
