回複：請教jiang老師和8老師：File824後原485排期到，接到RFE該如何回複？

我的情況：自己申請的NIW PD2006年2月。140已批。2007年7月的485。
然而我（主申請人）於2008年回國工作，於2009年又遞了824，可824一直沒批。
-Just forget about the I-824 if you still want to use your I-485 and USCIS does not deny your I-485 yet.

現在排期已到，反而收到了485要求RFE的email（信還沒收到），是否可能會要我提供工作證明？由於我已有一段時間在美國沒有收入，

但目前在我LG工作的學校有一位教授表示如果我有綠卡願意雇我，由這位教授簽字的offer信是否可以滿足移民局的要求？
-You ask the professor to talk to the Human Resources of the school to issue that kind of job offer letter, not the professor. By the way, you can apply for the EAD to work during waiting the green card. So, talk to the professor and the Human Resources that you are qualified for the employment even if before getting the green card. The critical thing is that you need to get teh job offer in the same/similar area in time to respond the RFE.

另外，我想寫個statement，表明由於我之前的雇主funding的問題（目前學校教授的經費都挺緊張）所以我離開了原來的工作（交485超過180天後離開的），
-Not need such a statement for the RFE.

而且由於LG換工作，所以沒急著找而回了中國想等到他安頓下來後再找工作。現在他已有穩定工作，我以H4簽證又入了境，且找到願意在我拿到綠卡後雇傭我的教授，前後工作都是在高校做相同領域的研究。
各位大師覺得以上的材料能否能使USCIS滿意？如還有何高招還請不吝賜教！
