Our lawyer help us submitted both my hu*****and and my EAD at same day. This week, I got my hu*****and's EAD, and found the photo is mine. We don't know who made mistake - lawyer or immigration officer. How do we fix this problem? I have informed my lawyer, but so far no response. I am afraid my EAD photo will be my hu*****and's. Thanks for your help.
