Our lawyer help us ted both my hu*****and and my EAD at same day. This week, I got my hu*****and's EAD, and found the photo is mine. We don't know who made mistake - lawyer or immigration officer. How do we fix this problem? I have informed my lawyer, but so far no response. I am afraid my EAD photo will be my hu*****and's.
-Your spouse may need to send it back to USCIS for replacement (no fee). But if his employer does not care, he still can use this EAD to work (show it the HR). Then, after he provide the EAD to HR, he can file a new I-765 to renew the EAD to get the replacement without fee. he needs to send the error EAD back to USCIS with the I-765 (select "Renewal" in the I-765).
