如果你都是申請的是自雇的（ＮＩＷ中也有是雇主支持申請的）移民，在你同行同專業類型內轉換工作沒有問題，無需通知移民局，如果碰到４８５麵試時能自圓其說就可。但若你需改地址必須要通知移民局，也許由於地域不同需要轉不同的審理中心。
