Thanks a lot. Actually my employer filed OR for me, I filed EB-1a and NIW by myself, but i am not sure how i put employment on I-140s with EB-1a and NIW, i am going to change a job in same area, just different university, you mean, I don't notice CIS for anything with my I-485, right? Thanks again.
