Appreciate your prompt response 863211 !!! We did not work for one month due to the old EAD expired. What kind of documents we have to bring with us? The same documents we sent to USCIS? The local office is far from our town, I would like to bring everything necessary with us. Thanks!!!!!
-Normally you just need to bring your passport, I-765 receipt (EAD receipt), and the I-485 receipt to the local office to help you.

If it does not work after you visit the local office in a few days (3 to 5 days), you can email to this address to complain: [e-mail]
You need to provide the officer's name and ID# who you called to USCIS or you contacted in the local office in the email. Normally, after you complain, USCIS will approve your EAD in one or two days.
