Which date should be counted as RD bu USCIS?
-Of course the RD is 5/12/2010.

I called this morning to expedite our EAD as I thought we are approaching to 90 days. My hu*****and received the response as "We are unable to expedite your case as it is currently under officer review. You should receive a response within 30 days."
My response is "Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter."


What we can do now?
-Go to the USCIS local office after 8/12/2010 to push them and then, normally the EAD will be approved in a few days.
