Ask Pjiang, 863211...I-485 approved (EB2 02/06)/H1B transfer

Pjiang, 863211 and other experts:

My case: EB2 employment based, NSC, 2/26/2006,
Got a text message from USCIS around mid-night EST and checked my I-485
status

" Card/ Document Production

On August 4, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30
days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we
will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer
service at 1-800-375-5283."

I guess it is approved finally, right? Hopefully I can get my card soon.

I do have two questions for the experts on the board:
1) I have a pending H1B transfer application filed on 7/9/2010. I guess it
will be declined. Do I need to do anything or just wait? Does anyone have the same experience before? Please
share.
2) I just changed my job and my lawyer is preparing AC21 package. I guess
it is not necessary anymore. If anyone else has the same experience, please
also share. Thanks.

I got a lot of useful information for this board in particular the help from Pjiang, xiaobaitu, and 863211. Thank you all. I wish all EB2/3
the best and get the card soon.

BTW: I called NSC on Tuesday and filed SR. I think it does work. I did not
contact Senator/congressman though but I think it also might help.
