I guess it is approved finally, right? Hopefully I can get my card soon.

I do have two questions for the experts on the board:
1） I have a pending H1B transfer application filed on 7/9/2010. I guess itwill be declined. Do I need to do anything or just wait?
-Leave it alone. Whether it is denied or approved (soemtimes USCIS may approve it by mistake) will not affect your approved green card.

2） I just changed my job and my lawyer is preparing AC21 package. I guessit is not necessary anymore.
-No more need.
