急問皮大俠，863211各位專家: 如何辦理移民局認可的出生證明,for爸媽的綠卡?

我已經為爸媽遞交I130。移民局要求提供出生證明或其它文件證明我和父母的關係。我的出生證明是2002年公證的。可移民局認為是一個延期的注冊。如何辦理移民局認可的出生證明？懇求各位高人指點。下麵是I797內容：


I-797E, Request for evidence.
Upon review of the petition and supporting documentation, it has been determined that additional evidence regarding the birth of xxxxxx(me) be submitted. The petitioner has submitted a birth certificate that has a delayed registration of approximately 35 years. As such, the petitioner is required to submit the secondary evidence to establish the claimed biological relationship.
