我已經為爸媽遞交I130。移民局要求提供出生證明或其它文件證明我和父母的關係。我的出生證明是2002年公證的。可移民局認為是一個延期的注冊。如何辦理移民局認可的出生證明？懇求各位高人指點。下麵是I797內容：


I-797E, Request for evidence.
Upon review of the petition and supporting documentation, it has been determined that additional evidence regarding the birth of xxxxxx(me) be ted. The petitioner has ted a birth certificate that has a delayed registration of approximately 35 years. As such,


the petitioner is required to the secondary evidence to establish the claimed biological relationship.
-Ask 街道委員會，派出所，或鄉鎮委員會開個證明 to prove the family relationship between your parents and you. Or just simply ask someone (friend, relative with old age) in your hometown to write a letter to prove the relationship. Then, 去公證處 to notarize such a 證明 or letter. Then you can use it as the evidence.

Of course, if you still have the old 戶口本 which shows your family members including you, then you can notarize the 戶口本 as the evidence.
