現在LCA的批準信還沒有拿到，說是電腦上顯示In Processing，她說是7月23日就申請了。H1B馬上就要過期了，若在過期以後才收到這個批準信（舉例1周或2周以後），我們再申請延期的話有什麽後果？
-You need to get the LCA approval to file the h1. If you do not file the H1 petition before your current h1 expires, some problem as my above response no matter when you file/get the LCA.
