請問老師：如果我不去學校上課了（因為每月花費很多學費和路費），是否就失去F1身份了？
-Yes.
以我現在的情況，算失去合法身份嗎？
-If you file I-130 and I-485, your status will be AOS (legally stay). No matter what, as long as your spouse file I-130 for you and you file I-485 with the I-130 together, you will be OK. You may get the green card in 6 months to one year.
