我持B2來美後變更身份為F1至今，在一語言學校學習英語，日前與一美國公民結婚，近日將申請變更身份事宜，請問老師們;
（1）我現在能申請社會安全號（SS#)嗎？怎樣申請？都需要什麽材料？
-You need to file green card application and get the EAD, then you can apply for the SSN. Just bring your passport and the EAD to the local SSN office to apply for it. Very simple.

（2）我還需要繼續保留F1身份嗎？
-Yes.
如需要，要保留F1至何時？
-Anytime you want to.
