Thank you so much for your valuable infomation.
1 Can you tell me in detail how to withdrawn the later I485 without affecting the first one? We have sent letter to uscis, but no response.
--- I think I did similar things to yours. My employer's lawyer sent a letter to USCIS with the reason of withdraw and specifying the receipt number to be withdraw. It took a while(half year) to get response. And the response was confusing. But after a long time, I did receive a letter from USCIS saying one is invalid another is not. That letter was sent after I visited local office. The local office told me that they can request USCIS to send the update of your status. So I you did send the withdraw letter for months, probably you can go to local office to check.
With all these said, my wife's both 485s are still active with two A#.
2: Should I go to the fingerprint of the second one? Actually, a lawyer told me just igore it, let them deny my sencond i485, seem risky?
----I only did one finger print. I didn't do finger print for my second application since I was planning withdraw and I canceled my check payment. If you already pay for that, probably it won't hurt to do the finger print.
3: Now my ead and ap all based on the first 485, since I put A# by my self, there is no problem.
It is good that you have this consistency. My wife is using her EAD from first 485. But the AP she used was based on the second 485 with a different A# although I put the first A# in the AP application. I actually don't know what to do with this. THe local office told us that this is fine since they can see both applications simultaneously. But I don't know whether I can trust them.
4: But the fingerprint notice for both I485 all use my I140 A#, how to resolve this problem.
Do you mean the two finger print notices use the same A#? Probably it means that you only need one finger print. But I think that you should go to local office and ask them for and follow the advice and keep evidence. In the future if things go wrong, you can show them that you are trying to follow USCIS advice and they shouldn't blame you for any error.
Thanks
