But the intenational center insist that I did not report to them. And I can not approve it is their fault. So what can I do? And the explanation letter I got today from Internation canter to USCIS saying I did not report to time accordingly.

So what can I DO? THE CHANCE IS VERY small?
-It does not matter whose fault at this point. As long as your school will help you, you will be fine. Did your wife and your kid got the F2 approval notice with the I-94 as you did in the F1 application? If yes, they will be fine when you re-instate your F1.

And if we get refused this time, this mean my son will nvver come back again for F-1 studying?
