請教八大俠及皮匠先生:關於親屬移民問題

我姐於2002年為我申請姊妹移民,I130於2009年12月批準.按現在的排期,還有大約一年排期到了.但我女兒今年年底即滿21周歲.我的PD是2002/7.我和我先生和女兒分別於2001年和2002年來美,一直以H1B和H4 身份居住至今.
我的問題是
1.聽說有兒童保護法,我女兒是否適用 是如何計算移民年齡?
2.如果排期到我們三人是否可同時提交I485?
3.一般情況下,I485需多久能夠批下來?
