1 我剛給孩子的學校打電話，他們不給辦F1,請問如何查找a public school (pay fee) or a private school ？

2 在7月大潮中第了485，我們能轉F1？

3 H1滿6年還能轉J1嗎？

4 滿6年後的NIW140已批，排期原因遞不了485。回國前需要辦什麽手續給移民局？
-Nothing needed to do. Do you mean your NIW I-140 was approved? If yes, you can extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit for another 3 years and do it again and again until your riority date is current. Your spouse and your kid also can extend their H4 with your H1 and thus, your kid can continue his/her study.

What did you mean "今天收到上訴的NIW140背拒"? I am confused.
