對不起，沒說明白。在H1第4年我們遞的NIW140,遞近2年才處理（第6年）補材料被拒，然後上訴。這期間又遞的第2個NIW140（已批，但H1已第7年）。
上訴被拒是律師問題。
我們找的律師是朋友介紹的中國人，他是consultant。他跟我們說，他為美國人開的律師工作（我們是電話聯係），我們就相信他了，而且我們的所有case都是美國人簽的字遞的，我們從來沒有懷疑過律師的問題。直到今年初，AAO來信告訴哪個美國人不承認是我們的律師，而且從來沒和這個中國人合作過，這時才知道。AAO讓作Motion說明情況，我們親自去找哪個中國人，他拿不出任何依據給移民局證明哪個美國人是我們的律師。因此，我們隻好自己作motion，說明整個經過。但今天收到移民局來信The motion is dismissed.
請問1 這種情況還有什麽補救辦法嗎？
2 我們需要上訴這個中國人嗎？
3 對已批的case會有影響嗎？
非常後悔找錯了律師。
