鬧心的事！請8老師p老師看一下！

這周遇到一件鬧心的事，在收到綠卡approval notice以後，想聽聽大家的意見。

我的H1-B本月底到期， 5月初file了renewal（自己準備，老板簽字）, 現在還在pending. 查prevailing wage 是按照863211老師的建議，用的iCERTportal. 因現工資比prevailing wage 低一點，老板同意renew的時候加到PW的標準，但因為現在University pay raise freeze, 所以學校HR要求由學校的律師出一封信verify the rate. 但是遭到學校律師的拒絕。理由是renewal application 不是通過她，who claims “I am the only person authorized to prepare employment-based application on behalf of the University”, 而且她說我的prevailing wage 不對，她用的是FLC Data Center的data. 然後她向我要我的full application package “to assess the potential risk and liability since I did not see it prior to submission”. 還說my H1-B application “may need to start over since the PW is not calculated correctly”.

Just at this critical point, I received the GC notice from USCIS, so I forwarded it her, and told her we don’t need to worry about my H1-B anymore since my GC is already on the way. 奇怪的是，她還是堅持要我給她我的H1-B application package to review, 還給我老板發Email要arrange meeting。我不知道她到底想要幹什麽。

我唯一能想到的可能性就是，我的綠卡申請沒有通過她，而是請的我老板推薦的外麵的律師。3年前我的H1-B第一次renew 時候找過她，被她粗暴拒絕, 讓我去找我的GC 律師，“I wish we could provide service for every single person at the University of Uxxx, in this case, you are on your own.”現在她又來說她是“the only person”，矛盾嗎，好笑嗎？
老板不想得罪她，讓我把所有的材料準備好，周一老板去跟她meet，我想問一下863211等老師：
1. 她用的FLC data center, 和iCERT為什麽不一樣呢？是兩個都可以用嗎？
2. 變態如此人的律師，她有可能利用我的H1申請做什麽對我的綠卡不利的事嗎？比如打電話去移民局？

I know too many Chinese at the U of Uxxx with all kinds of terrible experience dealing with this lady, anyone from UofUxxx should know who this lady is, just wish I could stay away from her all my life, because she stinks!
