1. 她用的FLC data center, 和iCERT為什麽不一樣呢？
-It should be the same if she used the same job code and find the latest data in the FLC database.

是兩個都可以用嗎？
-Yes.

2. 變態如此人的律師，她有可能利用我的H1申請做什麽對我的綠卡不利的事嗎？
-No. You actually can ignore her request if you want to. It is not her business. Your GC allows you to work legally. You have the GC and the H1 appliction will be denied by USCIS later.

比如打電話去移民局？
-No one will care about her.
