比如中國人現在485pending，其來自非中印的配偶還沒有開始申請綠卡，她/他可不可以作為dependent加一個485就可以了？
-Yes as long as the PD for his/her country is current, adn then you also can use hsi/her country's PD/visa number after he/she files I-485 to join yours.

還是還需要遞140？
