請問 863211老師關於妹妹移民問題

I just get let letter from NVC saying:
The National Visa Center has completed its processing of your case and forwarded your file to the designated American Embassy/Consulate....

My questions are:

1) Do you know how long my sister will need to wait to get interview letter?

2) In the NVC letter, it just mentioned the case number and my sister's name (pricipal applicant), didn't mention her daughter's name. I thouhht, my sister and her daughter will be processed the same time with the same case #. Do I need to call NVC to ask if her daughter's application is completed ?
