I just get let letter from NVC saying:
The National Visa Center has completed its processing of your case and forwarded your file to the designated American Embassy/Consulate....

My questions are:

1) Do you know how long my sister will need to wait to get interview letter?
-If the priority date is current, your sister and her fmaily will be interviewed in a few months for the immigration visa. So, just wait for the US Consulate in Guangzhou to contact them.

2) In the NVC letter, it just mentioned the case number and my sister's name (pricipal applicant), didn't mention her daughter's name.
-Fine.

I thouhht, my sister and her daughter will be processed the same time with the same case #. Do I need to call NVC to ask if her daughter's application is completed ?
-Not need. The kid is the derivative status of your sister, and that means when your sister is Ok, the kid is also OK.
