1) 我的情況比較複雜。我的H１B 是屬於NONPROFIT INSTITUTE的，現在我們的RESEARCH 成果要成立公司，我們GROUP的大部分人要從現在的工作地點（IN THE INSTITUTE）搬到例外一個地方（COMPANY LOCATION）。能不能FILE AN AMENDAMENT FOR MY CURRENT H１B TO JUST ADD THE NEW LOCATION，然後我就這兩個LOCATIONS 上班？
-Not need H1 amendment if you still work in the oiginal location though you also work in the new location at the same time.
2) 另外，NONPROFIT H１B HOLDER能在公司地址上班嗎（SALARY還是通過NONPROFIT INSTITUTE 發）？
-Yes. It seems these locations are in a short distance, same city?
3)還有NONPROFIT H１B HOLDER 能擁有公司的原始股嗎？
-Yes. It is irrelevant to your H1 status.
