這個新成立的公司是基於我們組的RESEAERCH PROJECT的，但是是由幾個PRIVATE INVESTORS 給投資的，公司成立後應該是獨立於INSTITUTE的， 但我老板還是這個INSTITUTE的PROFESSOR。這種情況不知FIEL AMENDAMENT 適用否
-It seems your work for two employers. If so, even one H1 amendment does not work. Do you get paid from the company? You may need to ask the company to file a part-time H1 for you and at the same time, ask your current employer to file an H1 amendament because you only work for the institute also at part-time level (reduce working time).

You had better talk to your lawyer about this issue.
