請問P,8大師:
I live and work in Canada. Now I may get a hour-based payment offer from a US company (may be 2 to 3 months).
1. May I apply for TN to work for the company and keep my full-time job in Canada (The job allows me to do part-time consulting)?
2. If TN is approved, I will work in the company a couple of weeks, but also come back to Canada from time to time. Can I work in Canada for the company legally (as part-time) ? Do I need to record and report hour by hour?
3. If I find a long-term job and want to apply for GC later, does this have any negative impact?
Thanks!
請問P,8大師,does part-time TN status allow work in Canada?
