Thanks for your suggestions. If I file my H1B after June 7th, there will be a gap.Is it OK?

If my H1B expires, how many days I can stay in US. As you know, it will take at least 15 days even if I use premium processing. I probably have no time to wait it that long. My case has to go through Labor of department before sending to USCIS.
