移民局幫我向上級作了請示，我隻能有兩種方案：一是回國簽證再過來，二是現在立即申請H4，以後再申請F1。
-I think USCIS is right.

我現在擔心有這些，
·我的身份已經失效有大半月，如果再申請H4會批嗎？
-It should be fine if you file it shortly.

如果H4被拒，我的GAP還是存在的，或H4被拒，我現在被批得F1還有效嗎？
-If your H4 is approved, the gap will be filled automatically. If h4 is denied, you need to go out of US to get H4 visa.

·從我身份失效到九月底開學要近五個月，如果不做任何努力，將來對我轉身份或申請綠卡的影響到底有多大？
-You can not stay in U.S. with this gap without doing anything because the gap will accumulated after you begin study.

·如果我決定回國，因為我剛有小寶寶，要回去之前得有好多事要辦，所以不知大家知不知道最多可以有多長時間身份過期了還可呆在美國，且對以後得簽證不會有影響？
-One month should be OK.

I suggest you to file change your F1 to H4 in a few days and it should be OK.
