我想係裏應是ONLINE 送交的吧。我周一再問問。
-You do not need to apply for the previal wage determination application, just find it online and fill it in the LCA application. If you file the application, it will take 2 months no matter whether you apply for it online or paper filing.

另一個問題，同時交I-539， 小孩子以前有個J2，後來回國了，再來是F2， 但是有一問題： 要求證明以前的J2 時間和時期，這些文件都沒有了， 隻有簽證和入境章，當時I-94也沒有COPY。現在乍麽辦？
-The copy of the DS-2019 plus the簽證和入境章 is fine. Have you done the J1/J2 waiver yet?
