請教Pjiang 或863211等老師關於女兒上大學身份以及 EAD 問題

Our current status: EB3, I-485 pending.

1. My daughter will go to college soon, can I just keep her status as H4 (I-485 pending) and apply EAD for her only so that she is able to work at University?

2. Can I just apply EAD for her only? Or I have to apply EAD with her together as the primary applicant? (In order to reduce cost, I would like still use my H1B to work, instead of apply EAD with her together.)

3. I don’t think I can apply F1 for her because of our I-484 pending status, is it right?

4. Is there any disadvantage if she is going to use EAD to work at College and what will be happened if our I-485 will be denied while she uses EAD to work at College in future?

5. Can we apply financial aid at I-485 pending status?
