請問EB1c 140已批，485pending一個月，美國分公司獨立

請教！
我在中國公司美國分部工作，原來持L1來美，然後辦理EB1c。現在140已批，485 pending一個月。目前美國分公司的老板欲將美國分公司整體收購下來，這樣跟中國原母公司就沒關係了。我的綠卡申請會受影響嗎？接下來我將以什麽身份工作呢？我的理解是L1在美國分公司獨立後就失效了吧？
