急問: 485排期將到, 但將要離開美國, 怎麽辦?

下月485排期要到, 但由於更換工作, 現在就要離開美國. 原來的H1B要2011年五月到期, 但與現單位4月份雇用關係就結束了. 不知能留在美國等485批嗎? 能合法停留等待多長時間? 萬分感謝好心人解答!!
