Thanks so much! My 140 was approved about 3 years ago when I filed my 485. As mentioned above, I will be going to another country for a job, but want to keep my green card in hope that I can come back one day. Can I still do it?
-If USCIS send you RFE for your employment status, your I-485 may have problem. You need to have AP to go out of U.S. Also, if you work outside U.S. too long (e.g. > one year) and USCIS realize it, your I-485 may be denied.

Of course, if USCIS does not send you RFE (they may not send you RFE anymore because your I-485 may have been pre-approved already), your I-485 may be approved soon. So, just to see how lucky you are.
