Thank 863211 for answer my question. The problem is

we didn't get a new I-94, when we used the AP last time before AP expired. (I don't know we can get another one even I-94 still valid).

Now the AP is expired, if we get a new AP,and get it stamped .let's say this May. It's less than one year till next Feb. Correct me if I am wrong.

Then, how to prove that she has been paroled over 1 year? Thanks.
