Just an additional question: what is the difference between parolee and AOS?

3. 舊的I94被收走,新的I94上寫的有效期隻有一年.聽說即使一年後也可以不理會這一年時間的有效期. 不知道是不是這樣?
-Correct. 新的I94上寫的有效期隻有一年 means your status is parolee for one year. After one year, your status is not parolee, but AOS
