I provided a Document check list,and put on the top of all my documents. and I include the following three things in my documents:
1. letter from yourself;(indicating my english proficiency)
2. official letter from your department(this letter provided basic information about my status in the university, and my financial support received from the department)
3. letter from your supervisor;(this letter used as reference letter provided for the current employer, this letter also mentioned my english proficiency)
So I am not sure what else I can do with their notice.
And if I resubmit the documents, should i fill the forms again using the new signature date and print out?
