父母綠卡申請中---如何報稅

我父母去年來美國呆了5個月，回去後我去年秋天給他們開始申請綠卡。

我的問題是，今年我報稅時可以claim他們為dependent嗎？

他們的綠卡還在申請中，但是既然現在已經不能申請非移民簽證了，是不是就說明他們已經布什非移民了？

有誰知道答案嗎？謝謝！
