是否有一類(EB-2)專門辦理教師的綠卡，僅要2年左右就OK,盼賜教！
-No for Chinese/Indian born applicants. But Teaching Faculty can use Special Handling to apply for EB2 PERM quickly if the application is filed within 18 months from the date of the job offer letter, not the date of hire and thus, the applicant does not need to advertise PERM position. But the applicant who uses special handling for PERM has to wait for the priority date to be current to file I-485 as every other EB2 applicant does, so special handling actually is not helpful to the teacher applicant to get the GC faster, especially for Chinese/Indian born applicants.
