1/. 我現在是L1 visa ( I-94 expiration date as Mar 20'2011). My understanding of your artical is that, even if I lost my job today (as L1 ), I still can stay until the final result of 485-filing . Am I correct?

3/. When my I-94 card expiration date ( L1 ) passess ( for example, Mar 20'2011 ), my status will automatically be AOS status. Am I correct?

Or do I need to do anything to be able to stay legally in the US?

2/. if I lost my job today ( L1), anything I need to do with my employer for my legal status?

I'm trying to say, because my company lawyer is processing my GC / 485-filing, do I have anything to communicate with the lawyer or my boss before I leave the company?

3/. about the timing of EAD application, do I apply the EAD right after I lost my currect L1 job? Or can I apply the EAD at anytime I want, even after my L1 expiration date ( Mar 20'2011 on the I-94 )?
