謝謝您的回複，最後兩個問題：
1、我可以以公司的名義但不通過律師file嗎（我目前的H1B是律師file的）？
-You have no right to file the Form I-129. You even can not get the prevail salary and LCA. You can prepare the paperwork for your employer (Human Resources) if they agree you to do that.

2、隻遞一份129還是和第一次一樣要遞一堆其它輔助材料，比如寫麽Labor Condition Application(LCA)?
-Everything is the same as the first time H1 petition.
