In your case, although you have no a non-immigration status currently, you used AP to enter U.S. after you filed the first I-485. So, your status was parolee. Based on the immigration law, I-485s can be filed for people who are "admitted or paroled." So, you do not have a problem to file your second I-485 or just simply to relink it to the EB1A I-140 after the I-140 is approved.
