回複：回複：求助：AOS status 可以再遞 I-485 嗎？

My lawyer said I cannot do relink because my previous case was considered an independent case. I was told I have to get back to H-4 status then submit I-485. It would be great if I can just do a relink!

I'm really confused. Please help!
