-USCIS may ask your employer to prove that you will come back to work for that position.

按照您所說意思，如果我換崗的話，我沒必要在綠卡批下來之前回到遞交PERM的職位，隻要遞交PERM的時候有這樣的意願（不管什麽時候）即可？好像很蹊蹺。
-GC application is for the future position, so it works technically. But your employer needs to convice USCIS that they will hire you for that position after you get the GC.
