To PJIANG, continued question, thanks for answering

After my H1-B got approved in June, 2009, a previous petition for the OPT
based EAD was approved which got into effective on July 1, 2009, two days after the effective date of my H1-B visa. People in the forum said that the later approved case can kick me out from my approved H1-B status. Could you tell what is my status now. If unfortunately I am kicked back to OPT, how can I get back to H1-B status. Thank you.
